Job Summary: The Seawane Club in Hewlett, NY is seeking outside service staff to assist in golf operations by creating a great experience for members and guests. This includes helping with the day-to-day operations of the driving range, bag storage and cart fleet management. This job requires a strong work ethic and an attitude that exudes positive energy and enthusiasm to enhance the customer experience. Some manual labor and loading/lifting golf bags is required. Golf knowledge is appreciated but not required. Essential Responsibilities: - Cleaning and staging golf carts - Cleaning members clubs and storing member bags in the bag room - Maintaining the practice range and short game facility in a neat and orderly manner - Greeting and assisting members and guests throughout their time on property Job Requirements: - Demonstrate high levels of Professionalism and Leadership - Engaging personality who will take initiative to learn and grow - Must possess a positive attitude and have the ability to work with a variety of people and in collaboration with coworkers efficiently and effectively - Must be detail oriented and able to manage competing priorities and multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment - Candidates MUST have reliable transportation and be able to lift up to 50lbs and stand on their feet for long periods of time - Report to work at the scheduled time, neatly groomed and in compliance with company Dress Code Policy Benefits: - Competitive Hourly Wage - Flexible scheduling with mornings, afternoons and weekends available - Meals when the kitchen is open while on duty - Uniform shirt and hat provided - Playing and practice privileges - Discount on golf shop items
