Pressure Point Roofing Eugene LLC, is hiring. We are looking for experienced Roofers and Helpers willing to learn the valuable trade of roofing. New hires will have the opportunity to work on and learn all types of roofing including traditional asphalt composite, Metal, and flat roof membrane roofing. We work on both residential and commercial jobs. Our crews prioritize teamwork and communication. Must be able to work in all weather conditions and be comfortable with heights (2-3 story buildings) Strong emphasis on dependability, highly motivated, team focused, positive minded individual. QUALIFICATIONS (LABORER AND EXPERIENCED ROOFER): • Physically able to work in a variety of outdoor elements and weather conditions • Physically able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds safely • Basic mechanical ability to work with a variety of hand and power tools • Comfortable working on high-pitched roofs, ladders and working on high buildings • Strong work ethic • Team player SPECIALTY QUALIFICATIONS (EXPERIENCED ROOFER): • Installation experience (pitched roof and/or flat roof) • Organized approach to work; process all paperwork accurately and timely • Good communication skills Benefits: 6 paid Holiday Days after 90 Days PTO after 90 Days Pay Frequency: Weekly Schedule: Monday to Friday. some Saturdays. Job Type: Full-time Starting wage $16.00-$19.00 depending on experience Competitive compensation including Bonus Pay opportunities for all roofers after 90 days.
