The Project Manager will report to the Production Manager and will be responsible for but not limited to the following:Responsibilities:• Audit projects to ensure accuracy for submission via Salesforce • Spearhead continued communication of project status to crew and customer • Assign jobs to crew and ensure all project requirements are in place to meet all company standards • Analyze, communicate and resolve issues to achieve project goals • Recommends processes, procedures, and tools for overall production improvement, quality, and value. • Performs quality control check on completed builds and update job file in Salesforce • Implementing and enforcing all safety requirements through the life cycle of each projectRequirements:• Good understanding of residential roofing applications and materials • Strong attention to detail, and good follow-through • Self-motivated and highly goal-oriented • Ability to climb a ladder and walk roofs (flat to 9/12 pitch) • Construction experience preferred, but not required • Knowledge of construction OSHA requirements helpful • Excel at time management • Maintain the integrity of the Company • Ability to lead and train PI142127306
