Job description Landscape/Gardener Laborer RnR Garden Angels is looking for Landscape/Gardener Laborers who work as a team under the direct supervision of the Lead Gardener. Among other duties, the positions involve planting, plant removal, plant divisions, moving plants, edging gardens, spreading mulch, spreading top soil, raking, pruning shrubs, shrub removal, equipment maintenance, weeding and general grounds maintenance. Landscape/Gardener Laborers are responsible for completing landscape installation jobs of high quality in an efficient manner. Requirements: Valid Driver’s License Previous landscape installation employment experience preferred Ability to work outdoors during extreme heat and/or cold weather Physical fitness levels to perform job tasks Able to lift up to 75 pounds Ability to speak/read/write in English Expectations: Comply with and obey all company policies/procedures and safety requirements Read and follow all company established plans, material lists, and guidelines Work as part of a team and take direction from management Use all tools, equipment, and machinery properly and in a safe manner Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times Work effectively with peers of differing background and knowledge Punctual, courteous, reliable, and responsible
