14er Boulder is looking for a packager to join us in our growing MIP! The primary responsibilities of this position are the packaging, labeling, and gramming of all marijuana infused products. The candidate we are seeking must be goal oriented, self starting and comfortable completing repetitive tasks autonomously. Responsibilities *Gram Solventless Hash *Fold boxes quickly, cleanly, and efficiently *Packaging and labeling of all products *General Cleaning Schedule Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm Key Requirements *Valid MED Badge (please note if you do not have a badge your application will not be considered) *Valid Drivers license *Reliable transportation Minimum Qualifications *Previous packaging experience preferred *Basic METRC Understanding *Basic computer skills *Basic Google Drive understanding *Must occasionally push, pull, and/or lift objects up to 50 pounds Compensation and Benefits *Entry level position *$30,360/year + Benefits after 90 days *PTO and sick time after 90 day probationary period *Medical, vision, dental, and life insurance after 90 days *Employee discounts
