I need a stair rail

I need a stair rail on my stairs for safety sake. I have two set of stairs one looks like this the other is the same but has the stairs coming to the side. I am looking for least expensive and horizontal rails like the pic attached are cheaper. I am fine with you securing the rails to the concrete instead of digging post holes. Feel free to give me a quote with or without supplying the wood. I would prefer to purchase the wood myself since I already have some useable lumber. I have added a pic where I drew rails to help explain what I need done
