Groundsman needed

Looking for an experienced groundsman, must be able to use a chainsaw efficiently and run ropes. I climb everything so need a steady person to be in charge on the ground. Pay is based on experience but I will pay exceptionally well to someone who can work hard stay busy and take the jobs seriously. I’m very easy to work for and be around and going on my second year of business with minimal help so there is basically no schedule set in stone so you must be flexible. Will probably work anywhere from 20-30 hrs a week plus I have no problem paying extra for someone being bennofficial to the company. Must have a way to get to camby where I live on days we work.
