Need help with yard maintenance and small projects

I’m looking for someone to work about once a week doing yard work and small house projects. This would be an ongoing gig. Work would include general yard maintenance mowing grass, spraying herbicides (Roundup, 2-4 D etc.) fixing sprinklers and drip irrigation as necessary, painting, general labor, using a shovel and wheelbarrow etc. If you have other skills, I may have you do more projects. For the right person, this gig could eventually turn into a caretaker position. Must have transportation to jobsite in Gardnerville. Compensation is $18 per hour cash.
