Immediate opening for an Experienced Maintenance Man.
Job description includes:
Apartment maintenance.
Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, leaking pipes, and exterior drains.
Minor repairs to vacant and rented units and common areas.
Ensuring that fire extinguishers, alarms, and emergency exits remain in excellent working conditions at all times.
Change locks on apartments and mailboxes.
Painting and Drywall repairs.
Must have your own tools and work vehicle. Hours and Monday-Friday 8-4pm, and Saturdays from 9-1pm. Salary based on your ability.
