24ft Boat Scuff Sand and Bottom Paint

I have a clean late 70's Bayliner on trailer in driveway. Looking for someone to help me scuff sand (light sand) and bottom paint with some interlux antifouling paint. It's trailered on rollers so we have to use power winch to move it a bit to get to spots where resting on rollers. My back is tweaked so it's hard for me to do underside. Please list experience.
