sailboat help - tow/haulout/transmission and engine alignment

looking for help with Sabre 28 1975 sail boat. recently purchased and has about 30 years of ad hoc fixes. looking for a haulout, transmission, and looks like the motor is crooked/misaligned. Leak when motor runs is immediate need.
