Join our team, working with great staff at Sermar Management to provide superior service to our residents. Apartment management is a fast paced rewarding position. Our goals are: superior service, quality apartments and quick response to maintenance requests. We are looking to for a new member on our team. Properties include new construction senior and market rate apartment communities. Main Job Duties: * Working to maintain curb appeal, pleasant apartment homes, and a clean community * Apartment turnovers-cleaning, prepping and repairing units to be move-in ready * General Maintenance repairs consisting of: minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, appliance repair, general maintenance repairs. * Landscaping/mowing lawns/grounds clean up * Monthly safety training requirements must be met * Leasing and management of move-in, move-out process. Qualifications: * High School diploma or equivalent * Previous work experience property maintenance required * General knowledge of tools * Ability to regularly left up to 50lbs * Resident focused; a self-starter and reliable team member * Carpentry, plumbing, and electrical knowledge * Strong organization and technical skills to service apartment units and property * Valid driver's license and own transportation needed * Ability to regularly walk, climb, kneel, crouch and stand for long periods. * Ability to work outside and regularly exposed to all weather elements including extreme cold or heat, rain, sleet and snow. * Self directed and can work independently. Work location: Properties in Victor and Palmyra Requires travel between sites Housing: Apartment can be part of compensation if so required.
