Heeler/Lab mix pup needs rehoming

This is Elliott he is a 35lb Heeler/lab mix. He is about 9 months old and needs a new home. Super sweet & smart dog, just very high energy and requires a home with lots of land. I recently moved from a house to an apartment and am unable to provide him the adequate exercise he needs. Knows basic commands (sit, paw, etc.) he is comfortable staying in a crate for a decent amount of time but definitely will need plenty of time to play outside afterwards. I am sad to part ways with this sweet pup so will only be selling to someone who can provide him with the space he needs. (will ask for pictures of backyard). He gets along well with other dogs just might be a bit rough with smaller ones. He is up to date with all vaccinations and I can provide the paperwork for that as well. $300 rehoming fee.
