PART TIME JANITOR/YARD MAINTENANCE

TDC is in search of an individual to work 10-15 hours a week doing janitorial duties and mowing with our zero turn mower. During mowing season it would be 15 or so hours and during the winter months it may be only 10 hours. The janitor work would be after 5 pm a couple evenings a week, or a week day evening and a weekend day anytime. Some flexibility of hours is up to you. Janitor work consists of general sweeping and mopping of our office, and emptying office trash cans etc. as well as cleaning bathrooms and a driver's lounge with shower.
