Because of global warming and climate change, he doesn't have any water for crops this year. And he borrowed a lot of money from the bank to buy more land when a bunch of survivalists scared him into thinking that civil war was imminent. Then Trump's trade war with China made his last couple of crops worthless and he had to burn them in the fields. He has nothing in the cupboard and nothing in the bank now. So I asked him who he voted for in 2020. He said Trump. So I shouted "Fuck you, Grandpa!" and slammed the door in his face. Any rural hick begging for help in the city will get the same.
