Guitarist wanting to grow

I been playing off and on for twelve years but sound like I been playing for a couple years. I am stuck in a rut practicing the same thing over and over. I need to jam with other musicians to broaden my playing ability. I'm a Christian but not interested in playing worship music. I can noodle a scale and play some riffs but it's the same crap over and over. Malcolm Young is my biggest influence. I love the riffs of AC/DC, Airbourne & Rhino Bucket. I love playing hard rock. I don't have any experience playing with other musicians. I have no gig playing experience. I want to be a good guitarist but I'm frustrated being stuck in this rut. I don't have the place to jam. I'm just looking to play with other musicians.
