Bindery & Warehouse Staff About our Company BCT Colorado is a wholesale trade printer that provides Offset and Digital printed products to the industry. Our product lines range from Full Color Offset and Digital printing to Thermography, Foil Stamp and Embossing, Labels, Invitations, and Rubber Stamps. About the position: This is a multifaceted position that entails all aspects of Bindery operation. Candidates must be fast, reliable, self-starters who are versatile and willing to multitask. Attention to order detail and quality checks are key aspects. Operators must be able to operate and maintain the equipment on a daily basis and be flexible enough to change tasks as needed during the day. For Bindery candidates with little or no previous experience, we will train the right person to operate the equipment. Primary Equipment to be operated: • Guillotine Cutters • Rotary Cutters • MBO Folder • Score – Perfing –Creaser • UV Coater • Forklift Miscellaneous Bindery Duties: • Collating • Padding • Shrink Wrapping • Kitting Candidates must be able to lift moderate to heavy paper cases & piles. (40-60lbs) Previous Bindery and or Printing experience is preferred but not required Shift Hours are 8am to 4:30 pm or Monday thru Friday. Our complete benefit package includes.
