Water & Mold Remediation Technician. Responsibilities: >Perform water, mold, fire, and bio damage services for residential and commercial property based on procedures outlined. >Communication is key, and will be expected to effectively communicate and work closely with supervisors and management. >Reliable and professional when dealing with customers and vendors. >Ensures appropriate equipment and supplies are loaded on truck needed for job. >Completes assigned jobs according to company processes while maintaining quality control on each job site. >To ensure all paperwork is properly filled out and signed by customer, as well as making sure all documentation is collected during and at the conclusion of the job. >Can be physically demanding with lifting, material demoing, removing/disposing of non-salvageable materials, commercial grade cleaning, pack outs / pack backs of contents, water extraction, work in confined spaces, and handling of biohazardous materials. Additional responsibilities include, but not limited to: >Clean equipment >Clean truck >Any other tasks assigned by the Operations Manager >Pre-Job truck prep >Ensure all job paperwork is completed on time >Any other tasks assigned by the Lead Technician Previous experience not required, but need a willingness to learn. Regular attendance and arriving at work on-time, Work after hours when necessary (on call hours as scheduled). Pay is going to be based on experience! Position Pay & Benefit Job Type: Full-time Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour Health/dental Insurance Benefit after 90 days
