Our Pool Pro is responsible for providing excellent on-site pool cleaning services. This includes following our proven pool maintenance regimen and employing our unique liquid pool chemical treatment method in a safe and controlled manner. The ideal Pro for this position will love to work outdoors. They will be a self- starter who has the ability to work independently with minimal oversight and guidance. They will handle all matters with integrity and embrace the concept and requirements of delivering "resort-quality service". Responsibilities: Our Pro’s success in this position will be determined by the following measurable results: • Work full service, daily cleaning routes including: o Brushing & Skimming o Emptying baskets and cleaner bag o Vacuuming o Backwashing sand and D.E. filters o Manage the stocking of chemicals on the truck and properly adjust the water chemistry for each pool each week. o The ability to utilize a smart phone with our mobile platform. o The ability to spot opportunities outside of the full-service cleaning call, such as repairs, upgrading other equipment or adding to the customer experience with other products. We will equip the Pool Technician with all the necessary equipment and chemicals to facilitate an efficient and effective cleaning. Requirements: Requirements for our Pro in this position are as follows: (1) a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; (2) Satisfactory background check with no felony convictions; (3) One Year of pool services/cleaning experience. (4) Physical strength/endurance to be outdoors all-day, year-round, in all weather conditions. (5) High school degree and Certified Pool Operator License is preferred. (6) Have a reliable truck. MyHome.Pro will pay vehicle operating expenses. Bonus Potential: This position has the potential of earning an annual bonus by the company when specific gross revenue goals are met for the year.
