Need a glass block window replaced with a new window

Looking for somebody who is qualified and experienced to remove one glass block window from a first floor bathroom, and replace it with a modern window. We've been told that it is a pan frame glass block window. We want the window replaced because the metal window sill is rusting through, and given this window's location is in a bathroom, it really needs to be replaced with something more suited to a bathroom.
