As an increase of Catylitic Converters are being stolen, and usage of drugs in decent neighborhoods on the street in front of peoples homes. There will be posts about indecent humans here. First, A Male Brunette approx. 6ft wearing a Blue Ball Cap, Black short sleeve shirt, Black shorts (Nike style), Black Calf Socks and Grey Flip Flops. And a Female Blonde, were seen in North Portland. Driving a White Honda Accord with OR Plates. Plate # available if criminal investigation is active. A Drug Deal was initiated by 2 Boys driving a Blue BMW. The car has Dark Tinted Windows. Witnesses have seen the Driver and Passenger of the Blue BMW with the Male from the other car hitting lines of Cocane on the street. And saw the male in the White Honda with his girlfriend shooting up in their car after they purchased the drugs from the BMW.
