Female alt rock artist looking for bandmates

Hi, I’m a female vocalist/rhythm guitarist fronting an alternative rock/pop punk project and looking for a new lead guitarist, drummer and bassist (particularly a bassist right now). I've been having trouble finding people who are both dedicated and can make the time for the band, so both of those are a must; I want the new lineup for this band to stick. I am looking to take this band to the next level and am looking for people who will make this project their main priority. I have an EP that came out in 2018 that was recognized by the Alternative Press Discover playlist, idobi Radio, New Noise Magazine, as well as a playlist by Substream Magazine. I’ve also been on small tours a couple times and have opened for Sleep On It before covid (Equal Vision Records). Also released a single last year that was mildly successful and started rolling out a new second EP this past weekend. Here's a link to the Spotify page so you can get an idea of the sound of the project: https://open.spotify.com/artist/1m1SpxLEAd2GljCnTkW1uY?si=SQU8wMN0RuyqRnneE2DYUQ Looking for people who: - Are close in age (around 27) - Have performing experience and an energetic stage presence (the music is high energy so this is especially a must) - Are financially stable and can contribute to band expenses (van expenses, recording, practice space, photo shoots, video shoots, merch, etc) - Can learn material quickly by ear since I have a couple existing EPs - Have professional and tour-ready equipment - Have availability during weeknights and weekends and can be flexible (practice will be at least once a week) - Can take off of work to go on tour once in a while (weekenders, one or two week-long tours per year at this point, will be more in the future if/when the band starts to take off) - Familiar with the current alt rock/pop punk scene - Are fiercely dedicated and willing to do whatever it takes to make this a career - Are not in any other projects, don’t plan to join any other projects, and want to put their all into just one project (if you do have other projects then this one needs to be the priority) - Are excited to write and record new material and will put in the time needed into doing that Please let me know if you're interested!
