Custodian / Housekeeper for Apartment Community

Tasks to include: Routine and deep cleaning of lobbies, entrances, laundry rooms, elevators, hallways and all other common areas of large multi-story apartment community. Deep cleaning of unoccupied apartments in preparation for new tenants. Assisting co-workers as needed. Qualifications: Education and employment history that demonstrates work ethic and responsibility. Ability to work without supervision AND as a team member. High standards. Physical ability to lift at least 35 lbs. and be on your feet for an entire shift. Light maintenance skills a plus. This is a full time position and includes health insurance benefits and paid time off earned after 90-day probationary period. Hours are 7am - 3pm, 1 hour lunch, no weekends.
