***URGENT*** PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE Exciting Opportunity to join a rapidly growing company and a great team! Experience is not necessary, however a positive attitude and good work ethic is an absolute must. This position is essential to the efficient day to day operations of BusGraphix as well as the overall growth and success of the company. The primary focus of this position is to be involved in the entire production process. Key Responsibilities: - operation and maintenance of large format printing equipment, plotters and laminators - documentation and sampling of all job specs, colors and profiles - preparation of vinyl graphics including weeding, premasking and trimming - ensure that shop and production area is kept clean and organized at all times in order to give a professional appearance to clients as well as to maximize efficiency and minimize potential hazards - packaging and shipping of graphics Competencies: - team player - motivated self-starter - accountable for his/her self, responsibilities and department - must be able deal with stress and pressure in a fast paced environment - strong organizational skills - decision making abilities based on the evaluation of each unique situation - extensive knowledge of our industry and entire workflow process Please indicate salary expectations in application.
