Maintenance team looking for a reliable new hire looking to start immediately! Full Time position needed for building upkeep, painting, general cleaning, help with apartment turnovers room and maintenance. Need a responsive reliable worker. We are a growing company that is only getting bigger with room for growth. Must have valid driver’s license. May need to travel to different buildings throughout the day. We have apartment buildings located in around Philadelphia. Hours would be 8am – 4pm subject to change. Please reply to this posting with experience if interested in position!
