90 lbs of Dark Chocolate- AKC Registered English Lab Do you have experience with big dogs? Do you have a house with a yard? My sweet, goofy dog has gotten too big for my 1-bedroom apartment. I love him, but he deserves more space and needs an owner who knows how to handle a big, extremely strong dog. He is 1.5 years old (born February 2020) and is a pure-bred English Labrador. These dogs are bigger, stockier, and stronger than the normal American Lab. He is affectionate, goofy, and cuddly. Loves everyone! And currently lives with a cat. I will provide all AKC Registration, Microchip registration, vet records (UTD on all shots), allergy meds (for seasonal allergies), food, crate, and bed. He is totally housebroken and will let you know if he needs to go out. He is crate trained and even puts himself in his crate to take naps. I take him to a stable quite often, so he’s used to horses and barn noise. He is great with other loud noises too, such as fireworks or thunderstorms (sleeps right through them!). He is a great guard dog and will alert when someone comes near the front door. He is medium energy but gets very excited (happy) when meeting new people/dogs. Needs additional training to stop jumping. Great ball and food drive; is easily satisfied with a few minutes of ball play or a short walk if you just don’t have the time. He also loves to hike and swim in creeks. Videos and additional photos available upon request. He is available to meet potential adopters starting on 7/23.
