Looking for a sitter

Needing a sitter to help watch my 10 year old special needs son. He's actually pretty easy. He's somewhat non-verbal but finds ways to communicate and says some words as well (you just have to get used to each one and what they mean.) He's not potty trained yet but we still put him on the potty (therapy says he's not ready). He goes to ABA therapy so I need someone with a vehicle who can take him to therapy (I'll throw in gas). You will be hired by a respite company for these hours and will be paid monthly (with gas money weekly from my pocket). I work 6-2 or 2-10 but have been doing 2-10 shifts. I need someone who is patient with my son and respectful towards me. And someone who will be long term (like a stay at home mom). I don't want anybody who just needs temporary income. I want someone where we can help each other. I also need flexibility since I get to pick which days I want. My son has been having eye surgeries lately so I try to take off for a week or so after he has eye surgeries, unless you are comfortable with eye ointment. (Its super easy). Although he sounds complicated, he's actually very easy. Let me know if you can help! I prefer your home. I live off Hancock and Milton Proby so looking for someone near me or even off Fillmore west of I25 where I work (Or that general area). Thank you.
