Description
Need a crew of 2-3 guys to do demo of interior of home. Removal of tile, carpet, cabinets, texture ceiling removal, baseboards, wallpaper, etc and trash removal from job site. 40 yard dumpster on site. Tools, ladders, etc provided.
Start date is TOMORROW Friday, July 23rd, as early as you want to start. Goal is to have full demolition completed by Sunday.
Home is vacant and ready to go. Yes, I am the owner. No, I am not a GC. No, I am not making any money off of your labor.
Willing to pay a flat $1500 for the job. 3 guys will make this a 2 day project. 2 guys, maybe 3 days. That is $250/day per person. If you get it done in a single day, you still get paid the full amount. Bring 4 guys and get paid $375 each and be done in a day.
Please no drug users, drinkers, etc. Yes, I have dealt with this before on previous jobs. Just be a hard working, straight up person and the gig is yours.
