• Clean facilities regularly
• Perform maintenance jobs and repairs
- Have Capability to Repair Plumbing and Leaking issues
- Have Some knowledge of Electricity
• Perform various landscaping tasks
• Fill gaps and provide painting services
• Repair equipment and various machines and appliances
• Identify, document and report maintenance and repair work
• Suggest additional repairs when identified and needed
• Perform daily property walks indoor and outdoor parking lot to make sure all is in tack
• Help in all areas of the hotel where needed
