Description

Perform a wide range of construction repairs for HOA properties. Will primarily be working alone to complete work orders assigned each morning. *Must be skilled at being able to determine materials needed for the jobs assigned. *Company vehicle and power tools provided for use on the job. *Must have basic hand tools and work boots are required. *Must have 8+ years experience or be able to prove abilities equivalent. *Must have basic knowledge of construction terminology and products. *Must be good at working independently and also be able to conduct well with others in a professional manner. Some of the trades include; Electrical, plumbing, drywall, stucco, framing, doors, tile, painting, etc. ***Welding knowledge is a plus. Must valid driver's license.
