We are a family owned and operated business for over 40 years. We have been rapidly growing and have continued to become more and more diverse in the automotive industry serving Cape Cod & the Islands. We are seeking a full time or part time employee to join our crew and help continue our growth. The primary function of this position is to provide prompt and courteous service to retail customers over the phone and in the store. This person must be able to look up parts applications using a multi-point vender system. He/She will be required to assist customers in determining how to best meet their needs, often dealing with questions and problems of a highly diverse situations. It is essential, that this person have a positive attitude and enjoy a fast pace environment, have a very good knowledge of computers and be able to navigate quickly and efficiently through the computer and parts books.
