We are a management company with 60+ units and growing in the area and we are looking for the following. - Plumber - Electrician This can be a company or individual. This is not full time gig, but we would utilize you for all plumbing repairs if you are a plumber and all electrical repairs if you are an electrician. If you can do both that is great but be fully knowledgeable in both. You must be available Mon-Fridays. Times can vary as long as you are available those days. Preference will go to someone with a license or access to one for work. Someone who is ok handling the occasional emergency repair should it arise on a weekend.
