Lawn Care/ Landscaping Help Needed

I am looking for a hardworking motivated person for a few days a week. We do 90% lawn care and 10% tree work/ landscaping. It pays 12-18 dollars an hour based on skill and productivity ($12 for starters, $15 if you can drive a zero turn and, $18 if you can back up a trailer and manages a team). I am looking for a long-term part-time person and a few guys I can call on during the larger projects. Most of the work is done on the west side of Orlando. The hiring process looks like a phone interview followed by a paid in-person interview. Please tell me a little about yourself and your work background.
