Description
Immediate availability required for 10-12 week buildouts in Tampa/Bradenton and Odessa, weekly compensation commensurate with experience, 1099 position. Must have extensive commercial tenant buildout and restaurant construction experience including Hood Systems, Ansul Fire Suppression, Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, Framing. Must have your own hand tools and the ability to handle small scopes such as hanging interior doors, shelving, hardware installation, bathroom wall fixtures/mirrors/grab bars, etc. Must be able to pass a background check immediately.
