We want only skilled men no helpers for these positions. Sub contractor are welcome. We am looking for skilled handyman that are good at most everything remodeling, drywall, tile, flooring, handyman job. A man that has skills and tools and vehicle to do most all jobs. We have cargo trailers to haul tools and materials. We want a man that knows what materials and tools he needs to go to a job and get it done right the first time. We estimate time it should take average man to do a job. If a man gets an 8 hour job done in 6 we pay him 8 hours. If he has skills to develop other men we pay him an additional bonus. We also offer him other opportunities. Most of our work is in Sun City Center and some in Ruskin, Apollo Beach, Riverview and Wimuama. We prefer our men to live 20 miles or less from Sun City Center.
