Found Dog!

Found a small white dog on Edmondson Road last night 7/21. Checking for microchip today, and keepinf him if he doesnt have one. He flinches when I raise my hand to pet him, his nails are overgrown, and he smelled horrid. He's also missing his front teeth and has an ear infection. He is unaltered and was brown in color up until his bath! Either on the streets for a while or with someone who could not care for him. If this is your dog and he does not end up having a microchip, I need photo evidence and vet Records. I believe he is a Maltese/Chinese Crested mix.
