Business is booming, come join our team! *This is a long term full time position for the right individual looking to make a good career choice. Full time position does offer medical benefits and paid time off, along with job training, career development, and mentoring. Experience and knowledge in turf fertilization and weed control are needed, but we are willing to train and certify the right people.* Position: Turf Spray Technician Technicians are assigned their own routes and their own company work vehicle. We believe in keeping technicians on the same lawns to establish good customer relationships. The main duties of this position are applying fertilizers, treating weeds, applying mosquito controls, disease controls, and working with aeration crews in the fall to seed lawns that the crews aerate. We offer competitive wages, as we know the best way to keep our customers happy is to keep our employees happy! Wages are only to be discussed during the interview process. On top of regular wages we also pay commissions for sales and upsells technicians make.
