We are a midsize construction company and property management company. We are in need of an all around handyman for full time work. Must be able to drive and have a clean drivers record. Must be familiar with construction and basic repair work. SST 62 preferred but not required to be hired. Basic English Skills required to communicate with tenants, clients, and employees Responsibilities include: 1) Delivery/Removal of materials to job site by company van. Must be able to lift heavy objects 2) Supervision of job site when Site Super not on the job site 3) Visiting occupied of empty apartments to gauge needed repairs 4) Basic carpentry, painting, basic plumbing and electrical 5) Work some weekends/emergency calls Ideal candidate is a organized and looking for an opportunity for growth.
