Full-Time Busser (Long Island City) 28-30 Jackson Avenue near Queens Blvd compensation: $12/hr plus tips employment type: full-time Position Summary Murray’s Cheese is seeking a full-time busser who enjoys creating and maintaining a clean work environment! It’s your job to assist in keeping our restaurant running smoothly and neatly at all times. This position will be for our Cheese Bar restaurant in Long Island City! Who You Are - Exact: You’re super precise! Everything you do is with great accuracy and detail. You enjoy when everything is neat, clean, and well-maintained; it’s in your nature! - Proactive: You don’t wait for someone to tell you to do something. You are constantly seeking out work to do throughout the day, staying busy and asking for help when necessary. What You Do - Clean: You ensure the cleanliness of all areas of our space including but not limited to the dining room, bar, dish pit and guest-facing spaces. - Maintain: You are constantly looking for ways to keep all guest-facing areas clean and keep service running smoothly. - Organize: You help clear tables efficiently and effectively. You work to keep the bar organized during service.
