Our company is seeking an "Experienced" Shipper & Receiver. Candidate Must have a minimum of 2+ recent years with shipping & receiving experience in a warehouse environment. Experience with shipping using FEDEX, USPS and familiar with using WorldShip and Endicia computer shipping software is highly preferred. Must be able to work full time, Monday-Friday, 8:00a.m.-5:00p.m. and must be extremely reliable & dependable (have reliable/own transportation). The right candidate for this position will also posses superior attention to detail skills, excellent time management skills, great communications skills and work well with others & able to multi task with a sense of urgency. Able to work in a warehouse environment (that can get cold and hot). Job Description: The Shipper & Receiver is responsible for packaging and shipping out all customer orders in a timely and accurate manner on a daily basis. Receiving in product returns and receiving in incoming vendor shipments. Counting in product against purchase orders, inspecting product for quality control and re-stocking inventory on warehouse shelves. Responsible for warehouse organization and cleanliness at all times. This position also entails making sure that inventory levels are adequate and at normal stock levels at All times by working closely & communicating with Management/Purchasing Department. Job Requirements: • Must have a minimum of 2+ recent years experience in shipping and receiving in a warehouse environment. • Excellent attention to detail skills, communication skills, organizational skills, time management skills, Team player, able to work well with others and able to work on own as well, positive attitude. • Report to work on time and very reliable/dependable. • Able to read packing lists clearly in able to package with accuracy. • Able to lift up to 75Lbs. • Able to bend, lift, reach and stoop throughout the day and be on feet for most of day. Able to work in a warehouse environment that can be cold in the winter and hot in the summer. • Ability to operate a forklift if needed. • Able to follow instruction • Computer skills are required: Will use software (Worldship) and USPS/Fedex shipping software/Endicia. Able to utilize email, some internet & able to type up or run low stock inventory level reports when required by using Word and/or Excel. • Must also have great customer service/personal skills as you may be required to assist with walk in customer sales. Able to answer phones as backup. • Must have reliable transportation with current auto insurance, as at times may need to take packages to the post office if any are left over that were not picked up by the carrier. *Please Submit your resume by replying to this email and attaching your resume in Word or PDF format.
