Full Time/Year-Round Maintenance Associate. At BSVR we live here, we play here, and we work here. The Maintenance Technician will be accountable for performing all daily tasks associated with essential duties including, but not limited to, performing general repairs, diagnostics, and troubleshooting in all maintenance-related disciplines, e.g. carpentry, mechanics, plumbing, appliance, and minor electrical. Prioritize work orders through urgent requests and established down times to minimize inconveniencing guests and owners. Complete any and all assigned preventive maintenance procedures during off season. Respond to after hours emergency maintenance assignments when necessary. To Apply:
