Job description:
The Water Damage Restoration Technician is responsible for taking a leadership role in projects
from cleanup and demo to assisting in, when required, rebuild of structures damaged by water,
smoke, mold, fire, and biohazard incidents.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
• IICRC Certification in Water, Mold, Fire/Smoke/Odor
• Supervise up to six-person teams
• Communicate clearly with crews, management, and customers
• Constantly seek training in order to be promotable
• Responsible for crews quality of work and productivity
• Responsible for crews safety
• Demonstrate dependability and efficient work practices
• Eager to learn and acquire new skills
• Ability to think on your feet
• Record and document daily activities in company software
Preferred Qualifications:
• IICRC Certification in Water, Mold, Fire/Smoke/Odor
• High School Diploma or GED
• Undergraduate in Business or related field preferred
• 3 years working in the field or related position
• Past leadership experience in construction/carpentry
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong leadership traits
• Detail-oriented
• Punctual
• Motivated
• Ability to prioritize
• Focus on confidentiality
