Maintenance/handyman needed for non profit preschool for 2 days a week (1 day during week and 1 day during weekend) Keeping a large building like a preschool in good working order and in a presentable condition is a hard job. Our preschool is no exception! In the past we have depended on parent volunteers but we are now seeking a more stable solution. We are seeking someone who can do Minor repairs, painting, cleaning, yardwork, power washing, basic plumbing, electrical, light carpentry, building maintenance, etc. Perfect for someone that is looking to get out of the house. This is an independent contractor position, not salaried. You would maintain a timesheet and submit it weekly for payment. We ARE NOT looking for a handyman service.
