Music producer looking for dedicated studio workspace

Description

Hi, I'm a full time music producer/composer/mix engineer looking to move to the Providence area within the next few months. I am exploring options for a dedicated studio workspace: I basically just need a room where I can set up my own stuff and work at loud-ish volumes daily without bothering neighbors. What I need: - One room ~ 120-200sq ft. All my clients and collaborators are remote, so I don't need to bring people in. I just need a spot for my desk, monitor stands, vocal mic, and a couple guitars. - I work mostly 9-5 ish, but I need flexibility to work outside of those hours and weekends as well. - I have all my own equipment, including acoustic treatment panels and bass traps. If the room is acoustically un-treated, I will need to treat it by mounting these things on the wall. About me: 32/F, responsible and respectful adult. Career oriented, friendly, and I don't drink or smoke. Thanks!
