Big brown short haired with a little white on it dog, laying in ditch, with collar and leash attached. On Chief Martin Road, by place where there is an opening and people have thrown garbage at. He is starting to bloat, this is a big dog 50 to 60 pounds so sorry to find him/her but if your looking that's where it's at.
