Omaha Janitorial Project Manager National Janitorial company is seeking EXPERIENCED Project Manager for a Fortune 500 Company in Omaha Nebraska. As the Project Manager, candidate will be responsible for overseeing all activities within the janitorial operation and floor care program, and will adhere to, implement and demonstrate safe work practices and procedures. The successful candidate will be highly organized with experience managing janitorial crews and project crews, must be able to work in high volume, Fast-Paced environment. This is a full-time exempt position. Duties Include: · Coordinate and monitor work activities and schedules of over 30 employees · Hiring and on-board training of new employees · Monitor nightly attendance, manage all nightly services · Monitors employees for proper use of personal protective equipment, supplies, and equipment. · Provide constant training: scope of work, safety, equipment maintenance · Assign, complete and close out work orders · Administers corrective discipline when necessary · Responsible for labor and supply budgets and inventory controls · Completes quality assurance inspections · Maintain detailed records (attendance, training, inspections, maintenance) Requirements: · High School Education, GED / Business Degree preferred · Bilingual preferred but not required (English-Spanish) · Must have valid driver's license and insurance and reliable transportation · Must have personal and reliable transportation · Must have 3-5 years of janitorial management experience · Must be able to pass stringent background check and drug screen · Must be a problem solver and comfortable in a fast-paced, high volume, high pressure environment. · Ability to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail · MS Office computer skills Compensation: Salary based on experience, auto expenses paid, phone allowance.
