JOB DESCRIPTION Troops Mowing LLC is looking for a dedicated, reliable, and customer service-driven Crew Leader to help with our continued growth within the lawn care and landscaping industry. As a Crew Leader you will be responsible for quality lawn care services rendered with top-notch customer service given to all of our customers. We pride ourselves on our relationship with our customers, and are looking for a team member that can share that same mentality. ABOUT THIS POSITION As a Crew Leader, you would be working closely with the Owner of the company along routes to familiarize yourself with the company culture, as well as set expectations. As the company grows, you would be expected to run your own crew and train new hires so that they are familiar with our company’s expectations. Our price point per lawn reflects quality work, and that is exactly our priority for every property service. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The job responsibilities for a Crew Leader include, but are not limited, to the following: - Trimming, Edging, Mowing, and Blowing of the grass clippings - Greeting and interacting with new/existing customers - Job Estimates - Training of new hires - Maintaining equipment - Recording data upon job completion - Driving a truck and trailer - Loading and Unloading Equipment - Speak English BENEFITS - Competitive Base Pay with a Performance Based Incentive - Full-Time pay without Full-Time hours. - Room for growth
