Flooring install and/or Baseboard Install

I have a couple of upcoming projects to be completed this month. 1) I have 150 SF of engineered click flooring to be floated over a radiant heated floor. Kahr's engineered floor. It's all prepped with underlayment, and ready to go. Boards are 8ft long. 7 3/8" wide. 5/8" thick. The room is 23 ft long. Kahrs is engineered flooring with a mechanical and glue-free joint, Woodloc® 5S. "Faster and easier to install than traditional joints with glue" It fits together so nicely and has a special tapping block that also is used tap the zipper on the short ends closed. No glue. For a short video Ideally between $400-$600 2) Second priority is baseboards, but you are welcome to express in one of these projects and not the other if you don't care to do both. The closets are already done. I have one hallway and three bedrooms, and a living room/dining room combo. Ideally between $500-$1000 3) My previous engineered floor is going to a neighbor. It came out in sections (meaning many SF still glued together). And some pieces came out individually. This is for a 14' x 15.5' room. Currently still has carpet that needs to get ripped out and disposed of. And baseboard to remove and then put back. You are welcome to include whatever portion of that you'd like. Ideally between $800-$1200 altogether for this project #3. Next steps: I understand you need more specific pics or info or maybe even a chance to see it to give an estimate that is more precise than a ballpark. As a starting place, I'll need a ballpark estimate letting me know what it would cover, and your time availability between now and the 30th.
