Maintenance Staff needed. 40 hours each week year round.
Job Responsibilities:
Exterior maintenance/clean up
Trimming
Landscape maintenance
Sprinkler repair
interior make ready work.
Looking for someone who can work on their owne and be responsible for immediate opening. $10+ per hour depending on experience. Must have vehicle, driver's license and insurance. Mileage and Phone reimbursement offered. English and Spanish speaker a plus.
Pay increase affter 90 days, paid vacation time after one year. This job has room to grow.
