Need a New Roommate

I'm looking for a new roommate for the 2021-2022 school year (lease ends in July of 2022). I am located ~5mins walking distance from the school (as close as you can be when not on campus) and am directly beside Reaney Park. The monthly rent is $430 and there is a security deposit for the first months rent. Utilities include WiFi, which is $25 ($50 between both of us), and electricity. There is on-site laundry and the apartment is located on the top floor with parking included. You also cannot be allergic to cats.
